Drove with Greg Pickett/Klaus Graf and took advantage of electrical problems for class-leading Highcroft ARX-01c. … At Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, placed second overall in CytoSport Porsche with Graf/Memo Gidley after latter spun on restart and had to pit for repairs. ... At Petit Le Mans, drove with Graf/Lucas Luhr to runner-up LMP2 finish in last race for Porsche prototype. Entry ran on just seven cylinders and as a result was down on power.
2009
At Petit Le Mans, made first start of season in tandem with Klaus Graf in Cytosport Porsche. Started from pit lane (due to changing the starting driver from Pickett to Graf), Porsche claimed its third consecutive podium with a third place finish at Petit Le Mans. Team discovered water found itself mixed with fuel causing the engine to stall; the team filtered out the contaminated fuel and made a strong finish before rain caused premature end.
